Our ultimate mission is to improve the well-being of all sentient beings. Our mission for this website is to offer accurate, helpful information worldwide to help others lower their percentage of body fat and keep it lowered.

We the co-webmasters of this site (Anna Foster Wright and Denis Bradford Ph.D), have in our ancestries: metabolic syndrome, overweight and obesity, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, cancer stroke, systemic lupus, asthma, arthritis, joint pains, carbohydrate cravings, food addictions, mood disorders, and more.

We wanted to avoid all that our ancestors endured. Therefore, we have each had a powerful motivation to intensively research and understand the causes and the cures. So, that was how our research originally began!

On this website, we give you the natural physical, mental, and psychological tips that make natural weight loss possible.

There are too many pages on our site to list on the menu buttons. You can find them all, however, on the sitemap, which is at the bottom of the menu buttons.

In addition, through the natural weight loss helpline, we answer as many questions as possible about our fat loss diets, weight loss programs, exercise programs and related topics.

Of course, we cannot guarantee to answer everybody’s question.
