Recipe for salmon patties: method
Remove any bones from the salmon. Combine the beaten eggs, salmon, mayonnaise, minced garlic, ground pork rinds, parsley, lemon juice, and black pepper, in a large bowl. Blend well. Spread the salmon patties mixture across a dish or a large plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This will stiffen the mixture and make it easier to handle. When you are ready to cook, remove the patty mixture from the refrigerator and form into salmon patties. Fry the salmon patties in a non-stick pan with a little oil for 3 to 4 minutes each side until golden brown. Although this is a fried salmon patties recipe you can bake the patties in an oven if you prefer. Serve with a green salad or vegetables for a balanced healthy meal. Enjoy!
