What is Mesotherapy? Does Mesotherapy Work? Mesotherapy Cellulite Lipodissolve Review
Here we objectively review and evaluate mesotherapy lipodissolve.
Here you can determine if mesotherapy is an effective way for you to melt fat.
So, what is mesotherapy? Does mesotherapy work?
Does mesotherapy effectively treat cellulite or melt fat? What does mesotherapy cost? Are there any risks or side effects?
Mesotherapy is a new procedure for cellulite reduction or reducing body fat.
Is it an option you should consider? Let's investigate the information and weight up the pros and cons of mesotherapy.
Mesotherapy cellulite or fat reduction
Lipodissolve or mesotherapy is a new procedure for reducing fat or cellulite by injecting small amounts of soy lecithin and bile salt directly into areas that are too fat such as hips, waist, buttocks, and thighs.
The mixture injected is supposed to destroy cell walls so that the content of the cells is metabolized and excreted. In effect, the fat in those areas is supposed to melt away.
Except for the money you'll spend, it's supposed to be easy. No surgery. No dieting. No exercising. No fat. No cellulite. Great benefits, little effort.
Popularity at "rejuvenation clinics" and "medi-spas" is increasing. Similar body contouring procedures are Thermage (Thermacool, Thermalift), which supposedly tightens facial skin with radiofrequency, and LipoSonix, which supposedly destroys fat cells with high-intensity ultrasound.
What is mesotherapy lipodissolve?
One difficulty in making a rational evaluation about mesotherapy is that the procedure isn't uniform.
In the United States, the Food and Drug Administration regulates the ingredients that are being injected in lipodissolve as foods, but the F.D.A. has not approved them for being injected under the skin for fat reduction, which is what the lipodissolve procedure is.
Physicians are allowed, however, to prescribe medications for individual patients that pharmacists may legally make.
Corporations are being formed with the intention of making money on this new procedure. Will these injections become as profitable as Botox injections?
Different companies mix different combinations of soy lecithin (phosphatidlycholine), bile salt (sodium deoxycholate) and other substances for lipodissolve injections. Since these proprietary formulas differ, there's no standard one to evaluate.
Though state laws differ, it's not usually the case that physicians are required to administer the injections.
In most (but not all) states, at least the injections are considered a medical procedure, which means that they must be given under a medical doctor's supervision.
Does mesotherapy melt fat or cellulite?
Some people have been delighted with the fat loss results after undergoing mesotherapy. However, the short-term results of mesotherapy are not the only ones that matter.
It's important not to confuse short-term and long-term results. There are no quick, easy answers to most serious problems. We all want instant gratification. Usually, however, it's a bad idea.
Similarly, if you are overweight, it may take time for you to become successful in achieving lasting weight loss.
For example, suppose that you went on an unwise grapefruit and egg white diet for six weeks and lost twenty pounds. Did that reducing diet work? Well, it did in the sense that you lost twenty pounds. But will that result last? It's almost certain that, when you resume eating a more balanced diet, you'll regain the weight.
It's wise, then, to learn to look at the five-year-cure rate for weight reduction plans. The problem with lipodissolve is that there is, yet, no evidence concerning its lasting effectiveness, its effectiveness five years down the road.
Not everyone who has undergone mesotherapy has been satisfied. It's not clear why some people don't respond well. Even when it comes with a money-back guarantee, if you aren't satisfied it might not be worth the risk.
Overall does mesotherapy work for lipodissolve?
If the procedure works well for you, lipodissolve might still leave you dissatisfied. Why? There are two reasons.
First, expect short-term side effects: mild bruising, soreness, and itching for a day or two and mild swelling for up to three days. The injections are needed every two weeks for six to eight weeks. (The injections themselves feel like pinpricks.) In addition to some pain, swelling, and even weight gain, a number of people have experienced allergic reactions. Skin ulcerations, scarring and infections are additional side effects that have been reported.
Second, you'll be disappointed if you expect too much. Lipodissolve is a procedure whose visible results are subtle.
However, when it works well it can noticeably improve appearance in specific areas such as under the eyes or under the chin.
Setting aside potential difficulties, is lipodissolve a proven treatment? No. In the U.S., physicians have only been able to learn how to do it since 2003.
There is no standard scientific evidence either that lipodissolve is safe or that lipodissolve is effective. It may be both safe and effective. It is too soon to tell if there are long-term mesotherapy side effects.
Costs of mesotherapy lipodissolve
Costs for mesotherapy cellulite or fat reduction are difficult to predict. The price depends on the size of area treated. Treatment can cost anywhere from $300 to $800 per area.
For example, fat removal under the eyes or chin will cost less than fat removal of saddlebags. The costs (or the total price) are determined by the amount of treatments required. Below are some examples of prices.
Approximate price ranges:
Chin $300-$500
Under eyes $150-$400
Thighs $400-$700
Stomach $300-$800
Back $300-$800
Arms $300-$600
Mesotherapy lipodissolve: two problems
First, even if you are able to afford the cost of the procedure and even if lipodissolve works exactly as advertised to melt fat, the procedure doesn't affect the cause of the problem.
Ultimately, being overweight is caused by ingesting more calories than are expended over a significant period. Ultimately, the cure is to ingest fewer calories than are expended over a significant period. Doing this usually involves making psychological and even spiritual changes that we don't want to make as well as difficult changes in our diets and exercise patterns.
The world isn't as we would like it to be. If you are serious about lasting weight loss, however, you'll have to pay the price, which means eliminating the causes of being overweight or fat.
Second, even more fundamentally, if you have not yet learned how to be happy here and now, then whatever you gain in the future may not make you happy. You may have already experienced this in such things as education, job, house, lifestyle, etc.
Yes, it applies to weight loss. Let's imagine that you would actually have what you consider an ideal body if you were able to lose thirty pounds permanently. Suppose you do that. Do you think that from then on you'll be living well? Yes, you'll have permanently improved your body composition, which is a valuable achievement. However, is that what is required to live well until death?
No, it's not. It is, of course, an excellent goal. You'll look better, feel better, and be healthier. It turns out, however, that even being beautiful, healthy, and feeling good about your body—though better than the alternatives! – are not the same as living well.
